Wow, an Iphone. That is a good incentive. I've been really really wanting to start running (okay, walking) but haven't been able to think of an incentive that I really want (can afford). Therefore...no walking! I would definitely hit the treadmill for an Iphone! BTW, are you coming to our get together in January (at my messy house?)

Oh, I need to check that website out!! I agree with you, the writing what you eat down is HUGE. My OB makes me do it so she can be sure I'm eating properly and it's really embarassing to mumble something bad you ate at the visits...another thing I've realized since being pregnant--lack of alcohol in my life=good (I lost 10 pounds in my First Trimester and was eating a LOT..whoops..lay off the booze after the pregnancy, kiddo); 5 small meals=good (again, never hungry, much easier to eat healthy, lost weight); and (the easiest) eating off a salad plate. Hubby eats way more than me (as he should), and us eating off the same size plate wasn't helping my perception of what was "enough." Let's hope all these little tricks help me to take off the lbs after the baby comes...cuz my mom is still blaming me for her weight gain...30 years later. Yikes!
